Errors & Bugs: Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content or software functionality.
Data Loss: Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Service Interruptions: Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT CAREERCANVAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY USER CONTENT OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.

You agree that CareerCanvas shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.

4. AI & Tool Accuracy Disclaimer

Our tools (including but not limited to Resume Builder, Background Remover, Scanner) utilize Artificial Intelligence and automated processing.

No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI output can be unpredictable. We do not guarantee the correctness or suitability of any generated content.
Use at Potential Risk: You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use. CareerCanvas is not liable for any consequences resulting from using documents, images, or files modified by our tools.

You agree to protect, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CareerCanvas, its owners, operators, affiliates, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
